RESOLUTION:
It is because the Device type is set to PIO mode.
1. Open device manager.
2. Expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
3. Uninstall Primary IDE channel or/and secondary IDE channel
4. Scan for hardware changes.
5. Open Primary or secondary IDE channel properties. Click on Advanced settings tab. Check Device type. It should be other than PIO mode like Auto or multi-Word DMA mode 2
6. Close it and Launch Sonic MyDVD.
