Stop Task Scheduler in Windows Vista.

Resolution:
1. Go to Start>> All Programs>> Accessories>> System tools>> Run Command
2. In the Run Command dialog box, type in: regedit
3. Navigate to the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Schedule

4. Click once on the "Schedule" value to empty its contents in to the right pane
5. Double click the "Start" entry in the right pane.
6. Change the "Start" entry value from "2" to "4".
7. Click OK and then restart your computer.
