Resolution:
1. Close Windows Media Center.
2. Start > All Programs > Accessories.
3. Right click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator",accept the UAC prompt.
4. Type the following commands and press Enter after each line.
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 wmp.dll
