Issue: Folder names are not shown in My Pictures folder - Windows XP.

Resolution:

1)       Open your folder to display the thumbnails. 

2)      Click on the view button and change the view from Thumbnails to List.

3)      Hold the Shift key down, click on the view icon and change the view back to thumbnails.

4)      Thumbnails will be displayed and the name of the file should be under each.

5)       Do the same thing for your folders display.
